D&D original creature design : Treriak'rai

"A huge quadruped bird, preceded by a hideous scream, suddenly appears from the tunnel in front of you. Its wrinkled and featherless body presents a large palette of blues, giving the impression of being covered with hematomas. Its legs, as tall as an adult man, and its membranous wings have a blood-red hue and disgusting yellow reflections, as if they were flayed. On each side of its eagle beak are three pairs of gilded and faceted eyes, each pair of a different size, and two small pointed and purplish horns surmount its big head. Finally, nasty looking purple claws end each of its lungs."
